Based on your answers to the following questions, you will be contacted to schedule a consultation or treatment at your available time. Appointments are available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

Knowing your availability is crucial to getting you on the schedule. These need to be days/times when you will be consistently available (48 hours advance notice is required for all appointment changes).
