Office Policy
Appointments start and stop by appointment time. Late arrivals and no-shows will be charged the full fee for the time scheduled. 48 hours advance notice is required for all appointment changes including rescheduling, cancellations, and requests for a shorter appointment, otherwise, the FULL FEE for the missed time will apply and must be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled. The first electrolysis treatment must be prepaid. All treatments one hour or more in length must be prepaid. Prepayments are valid for 14 days after which they are null and void. Fees/payments are non-transferable and non-refundable. No food, drink, no children, no pets permitted. Service animals are permitted by federal law (documentation required).
